Notice is given that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of South Belgrave Football Club Incorporated will be held Wednesday 6 December 2023 commencing at 7.00 pm. The meeting will be held at the Pavilion of Belgrave South Recreation Reserve, entry from Mt Morton Road, Belgrave South. Nature of business:
Confirm Minutes of 2022 Annual General Meeting
Receive Annual Report from 2023 Committee
Receive the financial statements from the 2023 Financial Year
Proposal of Special Resolution of Rules of Incorporation
Elect members for the 2024 Committee
To confirm or vary the amounts (if any) of the annual subscription and joining fee.
A member may appoint another member as a proxy for the meeting. Proxies must be provided to the Chairperson (Chris Huglin, President) before or at the commencement of the meeting and must be in writing.
