Seniors (Premier) - 1.2.8 Def By South Croydon 17.5.107
Reserves (Division 4) - 4.3.27 Def South Croydon 3.7.25
We came away with split results from Cheong Park on Saturday for the SBL Wolves. Our Reserves side got their third win of the season, proving if you are more accurate than the opposition in front of goals, you will come away with the four points. However, our Seniors had no such luck, against a very strong Bulldogs outfit.
Seniors - 14.14.98 Def Templestowe 7.7.49
Reserves - 6.8.44 Def Templestowe 5.8.38
U19.5 - 14.10.94 Def South Croydon 10.7.67
Vets - Forfeited to South Croydon
Our senior boys made it seven wins on the trot last Saturday with a solid 49-point win over the Dockers. A terrific first quarter saw us up by 6 goals and kept Templestowe scoreless. The Dockers made a charge in the second quarter, kicking four goals to our two, however, in the second half, we were able to steady the ship and run away with the win.
