Saints and Redbacks in an epic battle for Division 2 title.
It is another big weekend at South Belgrave FNC, with our Senior Men's Football side looking to make history and win the club's first EFNL Division 2 flag.
The Senior Men's side has had another terrific season, finishing minor premiers.
It hasn't gone all their way during the season, with losses coming at Mulgrave's hands in both encounters.
Our encounters with Ringwood have all fallen our way in 2022, with each game having ebbs and flows of momentum, and fittingly it is the top two teams facing off in the Grand Final this Sunday.
The Redbacks will again be feeling confident coming into this weekend. Having defeated East Burwood by 51-points last Sunday, Ringwood will be a big test, and our boys will need to be on their game from the first bounce to the final siren.
Undoubtedly, our boys understand the occasion on the big stage and, led by Captain Tim Smith and Coach Luke Galliott, will rise to meet any challenge.
Regardless of the result, it has been a fantastic season and one the boys should be very proud of. The icing on the cake is holding that premiership cup aloft at the end of the game.
